Import and verify
- Choose a primary and, when available, a different replica folder through Apple Files.
- Choose a file, folder, photo, or video through the Apple picker.
- Wait for Hermione Vault to report verified success.
- Use Restore + Verify to check exact return.
Capacity and safety
Hermione Vault does not promise that arbitrary files become smaller. Photos and videos are commonly already compressed. Available capacity depends on your device, the selected Files destinations, and the content you import. Do not delete an original until verified ingest and restoration are complete.
What to include in a support request
Send the app version, device model, iOS version, a description of the step that failed, and any non-sensitive error text. Do not send passwords, recovery secrets, private files, or sensitive personal information.
